Adventure and Apocalypse Difficulties
If you’ve just finished your first playthrough of Minecraft Dungeons on “Default” difficulty, you still have a lot of work to do if you really want to complete the game.
After defeating the Arch-Illager on “Default” difficulty, players will then unlock “Adventure” and “Apocalypse” difficulties. This not only allows enemies to deal more damage and absorb it more efficiently, but you will also take more damage from it.
As a reward for completing the toughest challenge, you’ll also have the option to pick up previously unreachable gear and artifacts. These will also be one level higher than what you get on “Default”.
