Minecraft Dungeons may not have set the world on fire since its 2020 launch, but the dungeon-crawling action-RPG spin-off has done more than well enough in that time, especially if you’re going by the figures. Recently, for example, Mojang announced on Twitter that Minecraft Dungeons has now amassed over 15 million players across all platforms to date, surpassing 10 million this time last year.
To commemorate the event, Minecraft Dungeons also launched a new cross-theme event, Festival of Frost, which will run until February 22. This will bring new “frost-themed floors” in the tower and seasonal trials of the Chills and Thrills event, while every player who logs into the game during this time will also receive the Iceologue Cloak for free.
Minecraft Dungeons is available on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
