NERF Reveals a Minecraft Sabrewing Motorized Bow Based on Minecraft: Dungeons

NERF and Minecraft have blended together again, this time in the form of a motorized NERF Sabrewing bow inspired by Minecraft Dungeons.

The sabrewing bow comes with an 8-shot clip and fires darts one at a time by pulling “the string with the priming handle to power the motor” and pressing the fire button. It also includes a dart clip, so you can go full throttle right out of the box.

They’re also NERF Elite darts, which means they travel fast, far, and with surprising accuracy. As someone who remembers the days of plastic toys that fired crappy suction cup darts, I am constantly thrilled with the progress we as a society have made in the world of foam projectiles. Take a look at the slideshow below to see the NERF Minecraft Sabrewing Motorized Bow.

The NERF Minecraft Sabrewing Motorized Bow requires 4 AA batteries and will be available August 1 for $44.99.

If you haven’t played Minecraft: Dungeons, I highly recommend it. I reviewed Minecraft: Dungeons when it first came out, and it’s a lot of fun, and they’ve been making improvements since. It’s a nice introduction to Diablo, basically, but with Minecraft. Besides, it’s really pretty. While waiting for the blaster to come out, go play Minecraft: Dungeons, it’s on Game Pass.
